Not as terrible as yesterday lol :)

I'm beginning to think that, light aerobic exercise, (at least light aerobic exercise alone), may not be, after all, what was responsible for my weight loss since I got on this weight-losing quest.

For the sake of solid, trustworthy results, I will maintain this exercise regime for some time, until I'm sure it doesn't produce the intended results. :)

I have been exercising almost every day now.
