My weight has been stuck for almost two months now...After a lots and lots of efforts , tdy it has come down 800gms...I follow proper diet...exercise regularly but still I am losing weight very slow.

yeah bcz you are at your mantainence calorie diet, if you decrease your further you have to do interminent fasting or weight training

Or maybe you know if you are taking high protein diet and doing exercising, your body is doing re-composition(Increase in Muscle mass and reduction in fat simultaneous), that is why slow weight loss. Instead if weight, check body fat percentage. It should have gone down(use either calliper method or tap measurement method or fat% calculation weighing machine.). Stick to same method to measure fat%. All are inaccurate to certain degree(5-15% error). If you stick to same method then you will be able to remove error between two subsequent measurement. One more advice, If you have weighing machine with fat% calculation, stick to same condition as change in water % inside body can effect measurement, so its better to take reading in morning without drinking fluid ,bare foot. take weekly, fortnight measurement of waist as decrease in waist size meaning you are loosing fat even with no difference in weight. Have 300 to 500 calories deficient diet, maybe you are eating slightly less or equal calories food.

Hey thanks ...never thought from that perspective...I have a basic weighing scale and yes in terms of inches probably I haven’t measured but yes I feel that it might have reduced a bit. I am still working super hard...and need more suggestions. Thanks peeps...continue to motivate me, I sometimes feel like giving up since it’s isn’t happening!!!!

eat less fat ,1gm=9 calories, eat less simple carbs..for eg 1 spoon is of 10ml and you used 2 spool oil..then 180 calories from 2 spoon oil...similarly sugar ...oily food Kam Karo jara body ke stored fat ko energy ke liye used hone doh by the cells...then you will see much faster result...ek bi din pizza Khana hai toh 6 din diet me rehkar koi laab nahi.

hello poojaP28,I ate only around 1000 calories a day!..that means I was on 1000 calorie deficit,as a male burns 2000 calories in a day..so due to 1000 calorie deficit,I lost my weight too quickly.i eat only 2 times a day, remember JUST 2 TIMES A DAY,I take only lunch and dinner,yes you can eat fruits in between.and again remember 2 times a day meal doesn't mean you can eat anything,you should eat less in 2 times a day too.i usually eat 1-2 roti with chana sprouts etc,eat protein rich food.rice should be avoided or sometimes it is ok,I did not even eat a grain of sugar in my diet journey,so no sugar no rice or roti(or very less)I hope this helps you!all the best!

Ankita bro..that's a risky move..in this type of diet you will also loss muscle mass and will get deficit of some micro nutrients,So eat food as much require..but keeping in mind that your comes from the foods containing protein and complex carbs..and do exercise

Syed bro muscle gain ke liye protien intake increase Karo and exercise Karo..tag muscle Jada se Jada breakdown ho and recover ho with the help of protiens and carbs Ka intake be sufficient Rakho take protien utilise na ho for energy
