Hey guys I thought I'd weigh because I haven't waited for a while. I did say I was going to ditch the scale because I was way over obsessive about it. but I thought I would do like three week check-ins. my first way in a while and I've lost a bit but this is also due to a lot of muscle gain as well. like I said the scale doesn't really say fat to muscle ratio. I do feel healthier and I can already see a physical difference in my appearance.

Good job! I try to only weigh once a week but I'll admit, if I gain I'm back to weighing everyday until I am back to acceptable weight..it can be obsessive...
