Well...I was expecting at least 1.5 pounds but something is better than nothing. I do know I am trimming down way faster though. Replacing fat for muscle.

Thank you!...Yeah progress is progress at least I lost something. But I always drop sizes way faster than weight. I am very athletic so I tone, slim down and gain muscle mass pretty fast and I really don't look my weight. I am aiming for 5 more by Dec 11th :). Hopefully!...I hope not to fall for sweets...that's my weakness . :(

Do you take your measurements as well as weigh yourself? Progress comes in many forms. :) Sweets are my weakness too! You can do it, just stay strong!

Actually I don't measure myself.. I go by my clothing. And about the sweets I crave ice cream and candy bars pretty bad. But once I start seeing results its like a switch in my head and then I am able to ignore that craving and not think about it or feel the need for it at all. Whenever I feel like eating sweets I try to make healthy choices like the healthy snack bars or fat free ice cream...etc etc

Hey, JAM. Thanks for the buddy invite! Sounds like you're off to a great start already -- with 35 lbs down from last year. Don't worry, you'll do great! I always have to remind myself that the weight took years to put on, so even if it takes a year to come off, that's much faster than it ever went on in the first place! Keep smiling, always!
