This week I'll only swim day in day out. Next week I'll add cycling in the non-swimming days.

edit: I really really have to stop eating breakfast cereals, aka sugar bombs...

I think I have forgotten some of the food I have eaten today... That's what happens when you take too long to log it lol.

Yesterday while trying to make a flip turn in the pool, I accidentally inhaled some pool water and instantly felt like a weird slight pain in my head and have been feeling flu-like symptoms (joint pain, inflamed eyes, weakness, lethargy, stiff neck, and slight headache)since. The reason I'm saying this is I'm not sure I will swim tomorrow. If I feel like today I'll possibly do some very light indoor cycling instead or even skip exercise for the day. I really don't know if this was due to having inhaled that water. It might have been a coincidence but I felt like that as soon as I got back home from training so I really don't know if this is the flu but it's likely. I've bought a nose clip a long time ago, specifically to avoid inhaling pool water but I'm slightly embarrassed of using in the pool since I'd be the only person there using it heheh, but it possibly makes sense using it, at least while I don't get the flip turns right.
