No loss, no gain today.
It's Friday, and today is a little different for me.
First of all, a dear friend and colleague is celebrating her b-day at work today. Since I work the same place as my wife, we agreed that she would cook a nice meal for our lunch break - mexican food! Yumm! :)
However, this of course throws me off my game a little bit, so I have pre-calculated how much of the food I can have, and I will be bringing my kitchen scale to ensure I stick with it. I gotta do this right, or I could easily be 4-500 cals off my measurements. Not gonna happen.
Also, tonight I will be playing music with one of my old friends, going to his house for the first time. I know his wife is out of town, and I will probably be there for dinner, but we have made no pre-arrangements whatsoever about dinner. I wonder what's in store.
Anyways, I have alotted 1000 cals for dinner - that should be enough. I hope it works.
Worst case scenario, we are going to Copenhagen tomorrow, so there will be PLENTY of walking. :)
