There’s no way to predict the + or - on any given day, but over time you see a downward trend. Be prepared for blips in the graph. I find an apparent weight increase very motivating.

Usually weigh myself 2 or 3 times a week and expect fluctuations. But Monday is the day I use every week as my pivot. Honestly never seen it go up without an explanation on Monday 😅 Perhaps it was a random one off. Whatever the case, it does send more motivation my way!
