Morning. Great news on the cardio. Sometimes the body hangs on to water when you use muscles. It is a normal thing. Gaining more will happen but that happens in very small increments and you cannot really see that day to day on the scale. Keep going!!!

I agree. when I weight train I go all kinds of crazy on the scale. water retention mostly. from muscle breakdown.

You may also get a bit hungrier as you are burning more energy, and that's normal! You are doing so great!
