Was a bit of a slacker over the long weekend, but getting back on schedule now. Not seeing any weight loss, but I feel that with the Chalean Extreme my shoulders and arms are looking a little different already. I'm 2 weeks into Chalean Extreme, which is half way through the Burn Circuit phase of it. Excited to see the results!
