New goal starting today! I reached my goal to be 165 from 216 and I FEEL AMAZING and healthier. My body needed all that hard work and loving. But now it’s time to focus on feeling beautiful on the outside as well as the inside. I have lots of skin I need to tone up. But I know I will do it. I got this 💪🏻 and you absolutely got this too!!
