So, I am back to my lowest weight again. I am glad to see that it was only fluctuation, just as expected. I have been through this so many times by now - I think about once per week - and it always concerns me a little. Good thing is that it motivates me to do things a little better, and never encourages me to quit.

Today is Sunday, it will probably be a relaxed day at home. I am writing this while eating a nice homemade omelet with ham, cheese, onions and tomato. Toasted rye bread on the side. Yummy!
