So again Im wondering if Im underestimating or if this is just flux. Ive been weighing my proteins so Im thinking just flux. I even talked myself out of a snack last night because I knew I wasnt hungry and it would just put me over.
I made it to a virtual Hiit last night. I was late and irritated but I made it. I dont know what my movement plan for today will be, maybe endurance? Yoga? I have a long meeting that goes over lunch today so Im sure Ill be looking forward to doing something after.
