Wow, wasn't a 100% on plan, but I did IF for a couple days (about 4 or 5 on 7) and did eat quite a bit of bread and sweets a couple times but was pretty good on portion sizing. Overall, quite happy with this week, and last week weight in must've been a blip on the screen...
Edit : Also ran 20 km this week (7 km today), for a total of 68,5 km this month on a 48 km objective. Plantar fasciitis is healing very well, thanks to my physio and quite a bit of self-discipline in doing the exercises.
