Fatpercentage: 38.8%
Starting today, I will note my fat percentage at the beginning om each weigh-in - hopefully it will give me a hint about actually fat loss when I am fluctuating, like I am today.
I gained almost a whole kilo! I do know the reason for this. Normally, my lunch weighs about 200-300 grams. Yesterday, it weighed 600 grams. Normally, I eat about 400 grams of dinner. Yesterday I ate a 1000 grams. All of it was low calorie, I ate just right. However, obviously it takes a little longer for my body to get rid of the remains.
This is in no way a let-down for me, and I am just looking forward to seeing lower numbers on the scale.
Besides, I am almost sure that my first-time use of my new scale yesterday morning said fat percentage 40.1, and if that is so, then I lost a whole percent of body fat!
Today, I will choose to skip swimming. This is fully on purpose, and I will NOT feel bad about it. To compensate, I think I will go for a walk in the afternoon, if the weather permits it.
