Gained weight since starting university last September, now it is time to increase my fitness and get back on track with a healthy eating plan. Yesterday was a terrible day, i went overboard with junk food and a binge just set in, i have had so much help with counselling to try and improve my relationship with food. Strong is the new skinny and so from this point i will not be abusing my body with binging and calorie restriction, but eating a balanced diet with around 1800 calories a day combined with cardio on a 3 times a week basis.
