Thank you. Because I didn’t do a great job with clean eating yesterday (carby crackers), I’m surprised by this drop, and it reinforces my theory that the high sodium and gluten Chinese food on Sunday/Monday was to blame for my gain. I don’t usually get big losses like this one, especially not without significant effort.
