I've been not very successful with it also. Been doing my brother's diet -- fast until the afternoon. Sounds extreme, but I'm liking it. He lost about 50 pounds that way.

I need a break from weight watcher also..my problem is I just came off of a 40 fast..and I'm having a hard time eating again and keeping track of points. While fasting it was pretty easy..So I'm not sure what to do.
