Last day at work in this year and festive eating and drinking starts from tonight. I am going to keep recording intake during the break(apart from Christmas day) to hopefully stop me going too mad. Hope everyone on here has as good a Christmas as is humanly possible.

Thanks egpletts. I will be back on the wagon next week. I will have gained a fair bit but I will get the determination up and see if it I can't loose a stone for the summer 👍
