i know... wrong direction still! anyway, my feet are slowly healing so i havent been able to do my 2hr walks... i may have to just restart slow like 20 or 25 or 30 minutes & build up. technically, i could still do my pilates routine (the modified one) and weight lift but am too bummed out in foot pain to press thru... i have done so a couple of times but ima wait, for now anyway, until my feet are totally better.
