It's maintenance time - this is my downfall. Hopefully this time I have it in my head the 80/20 rule of being good for 80% of the time and bad 20% of the time. Stay away from carbs until the evening. Stop eating when you feel FULL! Continue to enter food into the food log. And weigh in every day!
