Went to a conference - ate too much good food and didn't get much exercise. Although I may yet be saved if i catch the nasty flu bug that is going around.
I'm back to the program today though. I made a big pot of healthy soup last night and so I'm going to be extra good this week.
My main goal is to ensure I'm getting a min. of 30 minutes of cardio and hopefully an hour of exercise every day. We'll see how that pans out though.

Mmmm, your big pot of soup sounds good. I could go for some right now! I wanted to tell you, I really enjoy reading your journals. You have a bit of poet in you, I think. My favorite line so far was "If today was a hike, I'd be sitting at the first look-out spot on a cool morning watching the mist rise from the forest." Wow. Just wanted you to know that even though I haven't had as much time to comment on journals lately, I do try to keep up with reading them and always get a lot out of yours. Thank you!
