A small weight loss today. 200g. Not bad, and much higher than the average I need to loose per day to reach my goal. That average is 81 grams, so I almost lost triple. :)
Yesterday was a great day - I had my first swimming session after the holidays and I loved it. I swam a kilometer in an hour, my goal. Not bad, and very very satisfying.
Food was a little meh, but okay. I survived without too much hassle.
I gotta say I was a little disappointed weighing in, as I had hoped to lose a little more, but okay. I will survive nonetheless.
Today is music teaching day, which means all meals eaten from lunch boxes. Boring food, but easy to do portion control as it is all pre-packed yesterday.
Also, I get some exercise doing these teaching days - a good walk, and standing up playing guitar burns quite a few calories. AND it is tons of fun.
