So the past two weeks has been a bit rough. Super busy and just not watching points. I am trying to get back on track this week and used all of my weekly points over the weekend and I am 6.5 points over those right now. Darn Subway cookies...they are just too tasty! But it's okay, I can bounce back from that. I just have to take the dogs for a walk and stick to only my daily target points! I have done it before and can do it again! I am not mad about the gain, not really sad either. I knew it would happen and I was prepared for it. Now I just have to get back in the swing of things and get on track. I don't want to gain more, so hopefully I can just get my butt in gear and get on track. I have not been doing all of the good health guidelines. I have been drinking plenty of liquid and getting at least one dairy in a day, but I really need to work on getting the others in as well.
