Slow, but steady wins the race! Feeling great about my progress on Yoli even though my monthly visitor is trying to knock me down. I need to keep eating right, exercising, & improve my Meal Days on Days 3, 5 & 7, including 500-600 calorie lunch. I pray that the Jr High Girls Soccer Team that I coach have a great practice. They are still optimistic even after 6 games without a win, losing an AVERAGE of 0-10, BUT the last game we only lost by ONE GOAL! (Yea!!) I hope everyone is having a FANTASTIC Week! :) Deb
