Okay Today was very bad. I Didnt go over my calorie intake by much . but Ugh Did i pig out. I Had nothing to do today and I know You arent supposed to eat out of boredom but I did. I Had cookies and chocolate and even a donut-While Im On a diet/lifestyle change! I Am Very Upset With myself. Tomorrow I'll Be Sure To Rty Harder. I Have School So No Time For Mid-day snacking. I'm Going To Pack my lunch so that i don't have to eat the schools greasy pizza or Breaded chicken Nuggets. Wish Me Luck On Not snacking(:
