Don't feel demotivated. The beginning is always the worst. For your daily limit dont eat over 2000. If you want to loose about 0.7 - 1 kg a week try eat below 1500. Not less than 1200 though! I try fit in a hour of exercise everyday except 1 day of my choosing. Telling you my tips since I had to learn most of this on my own. Goodluck and remember to always be hopeful, if you aren't hopeful you won't have the motivation.
