I'm having a difficult time staying motivated. Usually, when I am not doing well I go all the way off the rails and binge eat and ignore anything that reminds me that I'm failing at self care. I am still weighing myself and eating healthy-ish but just maintaining. I'm physically feeling very poor and I have a Dr. appt on Monday. I wonder if maintenance is a more compassionate goal considering the situation I'm in. I am still here and still hoping to kick 15lbs by T-day but it's just seems impossible.😭
