I gained a tiny bit, but that is of course expected after a massive weight loss as the one I had yesterday. I am more than happy with my weigh-today - now real weight gaing, no fluctuation as I was dreading.
This mornings I went swimming, and managed to push myself just a little further. I swam 1.4 kilometer in 65 minutes! I gotta say I am very impressed with myself. :)
