Carb Tracker for Gina 's dagbok, 11 aug 13

Ending a two week, 3800 mile drive through 11 states. Got some exercise most days. Some my regular (4 miles in 1 hour) and some I spent driving 10 - 14 hours.
I didn't post all my food because I simply couldn't. There weren't enough hours in the day. Which really, is no excuse. Half the time when we got stopped and I opened my computer, I conked out :)
Driving is one of my favorite things to do. Especially places I've never been, or emotional ones I've not seen in 50 years.
REGARDLESS
I know Atkins.
I am Atkins.
When you know what you are doing it shouldn't be impossible to keep up, or so you would think. Distraction, however, is distraction. I can stay Atkins with no trouble and without thinking until I'm somewhere I've never been. Still, with a little thought it's easy enough.
Of course, everyone will miscalculate at some point, even me. I've been back over the last two days to figure out how I threw myself out of ketosis and I simply can't find it. I'm not worried. I know how to get myself back in and I couldn't have been off horribly. Could have been too much coffee, or fast food sodas, or just pumpkin seeds!
Irregardless, I'm down .4 from my last weigh in, which was the day before we left. Let's see, that's 2 weeks of vacation with a 4/10 pound loss. I wasn't expecting a loss, simply from the lack of exercise. I would have called a two pound gain a win. Estatically I recorded my weigh in. TRIUMPH!
Now, back to the business of reaching my goal!
