Keld, we may not always agree on certain things (I'm an evil low carber, heh), but I have learned a GREAT deal from you, and for that I thank you! I have a very deep respect for what you have accomplished here, and for the way you share your journey with others. I don't always comment, but I do read your journal and look forward to it everyday. You give me hope...and in my world that's a rare and wonderful gift. Thank you for that, most of all.

Glad the weight is going in the right direction. One more day to go. Looking forward to the journal after the doctor's visit to get the updates. 

I will make sure to hand over a FULL report Saturday morning. I'm not sure that I will get to write much tomorrow before going. It's a BUSY day. Walk, Weigh-in (The LOOP CHECK), workout, work, coaching, then off to the hospital. All this before noon! :) Busy busy busy!
