Welcome to August! I'm changing things up this month; shifting my macros down to a sedentary level. Although I am working out, with weights, regularly, I still SIT most of the day; at work for sure, plus I'm commuting a total of 1.5 hours daily. I do stand & do more at home in the evening but it's still not enough to consider myself 'active'. So I'm planning to eat less & see how that works. Also, we are moving & I'm changing jobs in September that will eliminate pretty much all of the sedentary-ness of this current lifestyle, so I should really be able to reach my goals.
August will be challenging...I'm going to take it one meal, one workout, one day at a time.
