No comment, really. Following the same physical regimen tweaked earlier: Tues-Fri, weight lifting; Mon, Pilates, and rest on Sat & Sun. Food regimen is pretty much all over the place (no binging though👍).

I made a couple of interesting dishes this week but neglected to snap a shot of them before digging in😊!

🎾🏆🎾🏆🎾funny thing, this year's (2024) USOpen has recently reported major upsets such as SloaneS, Novak Dj, AND #Alcaraz (whom i lovingly refer to as #alcaTraz ...honestly, who can resist!!) we'll whether it'll remain worth watching! who here misses the 'stage performance' and 'DESIRE!!' of such greats as SWilliams, Pete Sampras, MNavratilova, & Andre Agassi!!! oh well, time changes. Nothing stays the same (specifically, but sometimes not even generally!) 🎾🏆🎾🏆🎾
