Okay I am back after 6 weeks cruising the canals and rivers around the uk. I have got to one stone over my original 10 stone target. Understandable when I have eaten and drunk for England and whatever with no recording at all. Anyway I have lowered my original target to 130 pounds just under 9 and half stone and will be recording everything again and no messing around, here goes.......
