I have just been eating within my 2000 calorie per day limit and I dropped a few pounds. My goal was not to necessarily lose weight, but to stay at the weight I am currently at. For my height and build this is the perfect weight to maintain. Now I just need to keep up to par with my exercise. I really need to think about not eating as much in the evenings. I have a habit of eating absolutely nothing during the day, but once evening hits I eat until time for bed. This habit is quite unhealthy and I need to kick it.
