Didnt weigh today cause it isnt Monday but I added my current weight to my phone because my phone and PC dont always seem aligned! Paddled for 3 good hours today so hopefully that will balance the 200 calorie overage today. Finding it very hard to stay under the recommended daily calories and i am not sure why.... the aim of 1700 calories is very generous

I find FatSecret's recommended calories to be too high for me. I start gaining again if I eat their suggested amount so I've tweaked that number down to the point where I maintain and lose slowly. You can edit your recommended number of 1700 to 1500 and see what happens. Alternatively you could walk an extra hour a day.
