Didnt weigh today cause it isnt Monday but I added my current weight to my phone because my phone and PC dont always seem aligned! Paddled for 3 good hours today so hopefully that will balance the 200 calorie overage today. Finding it very hard to stay under the recommended daily calories and i am not sure why.... the aim of 1700 calories is very generous
