My goal is to maintain an average of 2 lbs/week weight loss from now until September 13th, my 35th Birthday.
***GOALS***
Mini Goal #1...Lose 5 pounds
Mini Goal #2...Lose 10 pounds
Mini Goal #3...Achieve my 10% weight loss goal
Mini Goal #4...Weigh under 170 pounds (which I haven't been at since probably 2000, right before I got pregnant with my first child
Mini Goal #5...Lose 20%
Mini Goal #6...Weigh under 150
Mini Goal #7...Weigh under 140
Mini Goal #8...Weigh under 130
GOAL ACHIEVED...Weigh between 120 - 125 by September 13th, 2009 (whichi is 37 weeks from today!!!)
FINAL GOAL...NEVER GO ABOVE 135 POUNDS IN WEIGHT DURING MY LIFETIME!!!

september is the month i calculated meeting my final goal as well! i think the idea of having the mini goals is good motivation and i'm inspired to come up with some. good luck to you! i'm excited for you too!

I have to think baby steps. I have a lot of weight to get off and unfortunately can't lose it over night. If I take baby steps and reward myself eat time, then it keeps me going! I wish I could just snap my fingers and it would be gone, but I didn't put it all on over night so I can't expect to lose it overnight either!
