I am so happy this morning! Thank you Lord my scales finally moved and more than i expected. I had to weigh twice to make sure they were correct! I have come to the conclusion that red meat is making me stall and gain sometimes. So i am loosing the red meat. Hope everyone is having a good day!

Dana, I am so happy for you and your loss that is awesome! I also read that your crunches are getting easier. Good for you because I still have trouble. My stomach is so weak! I can't really say anything about red meat: I have not ate it since 6th grade except for one hamburger when I was pregnant. It is not my favorite food. Anyone else have any pointers about red meat? Maybe just limiting instead of loosing it completely so that you don't feel like you are never going to have it again? How do you feel about not eating it anymore? I would do just limited smaller portions and leaner red meats? I am sure leaner meats are out there.

I don't have any pointers but, I can tie to myself now that it's mentioned. I was eating a ton of red meat before and I would lose inches but not weight. I've started eating more pork and chicken and am noticing a loss, could it be the lack of red meat? Interesting!

Awesome Dana! Thank goodness! We are finally seeing those results. We didn't give up and it's paying off! Let's stay with it! :)

I dont think i will cut it out completly because i love hamburger patties. I will just cut back to maybe 1x a week. My fav is chicken. I could eat grilled chicken legs daily so red meat wouldnt be that hard to give up.
