It's Monday again... a holiday Monday. I am happy with my 1 pound weight loss this week considering that the final two days of the week were camp days. Camp has always been a place of plenty... plenty of all the wonderful but wrong things especially when one is trying to take off years of accumulated "wrong things". But, I can start out strong again because I have not felt deprived this past week at all and I can believe that if I tow the line better this week that I can be happy again next Monday. So here goes.....
