@asirabhat, Just being consistent and regular workouts and little bit of cardio and avoiding unhealthy, junk foods, oily foods not following any particular diet, skipping one heavy meal a day and having a some good fruits at that meal time because i don't think so that i can follow any particular diet for whole of my life :) Hope it helps✌
