I’m feeling so discouraged today. Yesterday I messed up a lot at work, because I was 10 minutes late, and I gave a customer a wrong dish of food, so now I have to pay up. Also I ate a really high calorie rice cake for breakfast. Bad skin also adds to the pressure. But don’t really know how to motivate myself. It seems no matter what I do, I can’t lose my belly fat. I really wanna get in shape for my summer dance classes.
