Another one bites the dust! I was super concerned about my loss today bc I smashed some roasted duck yesterday and blew through my VLCD. I didn't expect a gain, but definitely expected a small loss. Keto be what it be though! Bout to this these 230's. Going to hit a 24 hour fast and hit a long walk. I want to see if I can hit the 230s tomorrow morning. haven't seen this weight since nov 2017.
