I have completely hit a plateau. Every day my calories is way less than my exercise and the scale is not budging. Friend gave me the P90X program to try (just the CD's, not the guidebook). I plopped in the CD for Abs. Are you kidding me right now? I can't even do one sit up, much less do the routine that they are doing? Are these people even human? So I put in the yoga CD. That's more like it, but I could barely move the next day. I will keep on attempting the P90 CD's as time permits....they tell me to try the Plyo and the Core Synergistics...whatever that is. If I never post here again, it is because I have fallen over dead.
