I was so tempted last night to finish off the last 6" of Subway Tuna sandwich but I resisted and then, I was tempted by a protein bar and again, I resisted. Look at the results. I drank over 90 oz of water which is what I am supposed to be doing. Portion control and drinking water have helped me keep off the weight, but now I have to start losing the stuff. Never ending battle.
