Ohhh I wanted to say this since you said you fight with binge eating and cravings .... I do too but this time around I’ve been watching my sodium intake & i think that was a hugeeeee factor in my cravings! I think it’s sodium our bodies crave , and once it gets a good dose it wants all the sodium!

@marikkia: Yeah, I think I too need to watch my sodium intake. I also believe it plays a role in cravings.
@jenny marie2020: For carbs I try (I say this very loosely) to stay under 150g. For sugar, I try to sty between 25g and 50g. Meal ideas, I wish I could help ya there. Just honestly depends on personal preferences.
