I am at a Stand still. I am ok with that because the scale is not going in the opposite direction. I am choosing to look at it as an opportunity to pause and look at what has been working. So far, I have been building a good eating pattern by looking at what I like to eat and finding healthy (and still tasty) substitutions. I have not yet felt like I am missing out nor have I felt hungry. This is all good, it means It is sustainable. I have been pretty sedentary this weekend so a little movement seems to be the missing piece. Easy enough, time to take a walk.
