ok so i guess the results are in. 169 so i guess i lost a pound for the week. I kept weighing myself early for now on i will just record my weight once a week. at least this week i stayed in my points i am trying to keep below 25 points a day. i think i just need to make better food choices and up my exercise a bit. I have been doing carmen electras strip tease and standup crunches for 10 minutes for a total of 35 minutes a day. and i do about an hour of walking every other day. i need to get that to be a daily walk and if i can get up a little earlier i need to find another 30 minute dvd workout program that i like. and of course ALOT more WATER.
