I did it!!! my goal for the week 167!!!! woohooo and its not even saturday yet. maybe i can get to 165 by the weekend! it just amazes me that i am losing weight even though i am eating basically what i want. I almost didn't eat my pasta last night cause my old thinking was if i ate pasta i probably wouldn't see any weight loss on the scale. i suppose if i didn't exercise maybe it would have stayed the same. but i feel sooo alive since i started exercising. I am looking forward to an ab workout today.
