Genuinely surprised by this weeks weigh in. Thought for sure I'd see an increase. Diet and exercise haven't been awful the past few days, but it definitely wasn't up to standard either.

Sometimes, you lose weight because the muscle you've built up is burning more fat even when you're resting :D Also, it might be that you're dehydrated as well. But even if it is that, take a celebratory walk or run or something and revel in the pound you lost!
