I think I logged everything yesterday but I keep thinking I missed something. I was so excited to get in a walk yesterday. Usually Im with my mom or kid and the dogs and I feel like we go so slow. I tried to kick it up and my shoes decided to saw my heels instead. I didnt get nearly as far as I wanted (becoming a trend here) and Im now the proud owner of two heckin awesome blisters. I skipped the gym last night because I didnt want to make it worse and I kinda just wanted to putter around the yard watering my plants and future garden (I cant plant it until they come and do my roof). It ended up being a nice evening and I hit my step goal.

Today Im working out at lunch on a zoom with other coworkers through the state. I have a Dr appt at 3ish and then depending on how hot it is, I will either walk (in better shoes) or go to my hiit class at the gym.

I will also log my food. Im trying to be more mindful about what I eat but its rough right now and until we get our new fridge - its going to be. Were just very limited on a lot right now.
