Had a tiny weight gain today - probaby because I had a super lazy day yesterday. Wife and I did nothing but watch tv all day. I was well below my calories as always - but could tell this morning. No real urge to go to the rest room is always a bad sign.
However, I will account this as fluxuation - and take a good long walk before going to work today.
I am back from my scheduled week off and start work this morning. I am actually looking forward it. Even if I sit still at work, there are many little tasks that I have to get up for, and it makes me move all day (even if it is just a little bit).
Having lost weight this far has made me feel lighter, and I am less prone to the "That-can-wait-until-I-get-up-next-time"-syndrome, and I think it is much easier to just get going and get whatever I need when I need it. I hope this goes for work also.
Today, I will try out a pedometer that I installed on my phone. I will turn it on right now at 4:50 am and see if I can have it running all day. I am curious to see how many steps it will count - and if it will drain my phone battery. :)
